Frequently asked questions about Meror

Clear answers about Meror's couples assessments, personal perception reports, privacy model, pricing, refunds, and support.

What is Meror?

Meror is a private couples assessment product with an optional personal report path. It helps partners compare self-view with partner experience, then turns the results into a shared report, private reflections, and conversation prompts.

Is Meror therapy or counseling?

No. Meror is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for a licensed professional. It is a self-reflection and relationship conversation tool.

How does the personal perception assessment work?

The personal report is the secondary path. You complete a self-assessment, invite trusted people to answer private rater questions, and unlock a report after enough feedback is collected. The report compares self-ratings with outside ratings across behavioral dimensions such as listening, empathy, reliability, directness, emotional regulation, and self-awareness.

Are rater responses anonymous?

Meror is designed so raters can respond privately. Reports focus on aggregated patterns and practical interpretation instead of exposing a public feedback thread.

How does the couples assessment work?

Each partner completes their own side privately. Meror then creates a shared report for alignment, differences, and conversation prompts, plus separate private views for reflection before the shared conversation.

What stays private in a couples assessment?

Each partner has a separate private view. The shared report summarizes useful patterns, alignment, differences, and prompts; it is not designed to expose every individual answer.

Do written reflections appear in the shared report?

Short written reflections may shape shared insights, but they are handled as context for the report rather than a raw transcript or answer export.

How much does Meror cost?

Meror uses one-time report pricing rather than a subscription. The public pricing page lists current prices for personal reports and couples reports.

Is there a subscription?

No. Meror sells one-time digital report unlocks. There is no recurring subscription for the public personal and couples reports.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled under the Meror refund and billing policy. Buyers may request help with duplicate charges, failed unlocks, accidental duplicate purchases, or material product access issues.

Who should use Meror?

Meror is built first for couples who want clearer relationship conversations without turning the process into therapy or a public performance. Personal reports are available for people who want trusted outside feedback.

How do I get help?

Use the support page to contact Meror about sign-in, assessment links, partner invites, report unlocks, payment receipts, refund requests, privacy questions, or account deletion.
