Meror refund and billing policy

Meror purchases are one-time report unlocks, not subscriptions. Payments are processed through Polar checkout. Polar acts as the merchant of record for checkout, receipts, taxes, payment processing, and charge handling.

Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support with the email used at checkout and the Polar receipt, order ID, or transaction details. Refunds are evaluated under this policy, Polar's Buyer Terms, applicable law, and card network rules.

If a payment succeeds but your report or couples workspace does not unlock, contact support with the email used at checkout and your Polar receipt or order ID. We will investigate provisioning before asking you to purchase again.

We also prioritize refunds for duplicate charges, failed unlocks we cannot resolve, accidental duplicate purchases, or material product access issues. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights available under Polar's Buyer Terms or applicable law.
