Meror privacy policy

Meror helps people collect private assessment responses and generate personal or couples reports. We collect the information needed to run those workflows, including account details, assessment answers, rater responses, partner workspace data, payment status, support messages, and technical logs.

Rater responses are designed to be anonymous to the person being rated. We use response data to calculate scores, prepare reports, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell assessment responses.

In couples workspaces, each partner's private view is separate from the shared report. The shared report is designed to summarize relationship patterns, alignment, differences, and prompts rather than expose every individual answer. Short written reflections may be used as context for shared insights.

Meror uses service providers for authentication, backend storage, payments, email delivery, hosting, and report interpretation. Polar processes checkout, receipt, tax, payment, and dispute information as merchant of record. Those providers process data only as needed to provide the product and related operations.

You can request help with account access, data deletion, billing questions, or privacy concerns through the support page. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, payment records, dispute handling, legal compliance, or security.
